If you are unrepresented, or have a question about the legal system, you may contact OSPD and request to speak to the Attorney of the Day (AOD).
The Attorney of the Day cannot provide legal advice or agree to represent you but may be able to offer information or resources. If you are currently represented by an attorney, you should contact them directly.
Public Records Request
The public has the right under the California Public Records Act to access public information maintained by local and state government agencies pertaining to the conduct of that government agency.
